The Prime Minister Employment Generation Program Scheme is being implemented by the Government of India to provide employment to the unemployed from 15/08/2008. Under the Scheme loan cases can be given for industry / service, since currently online applications are accepted in the scheme and loan cases are sent online to banks for approval. The project cost under this scheme will be maximum 25 lakhs for setting up manufacturing and up to 10 lakhs for service unit.

There is no separate provision for the below poverty line and senior citizens.

How to take advantage of the scheme (Point-wise complete application process)

The scheme is being operated completely online. Applicants should have basic documents like – Project Report, Ration Card, Permanent Resident Certificate, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Bank Passbook, Educational Qualification Marks, Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate, Land/Building Rent Agreement, Quotation, Passport. Online application will have to be filed with all scanned documents from your nearest MP online center with passport size photo, gram panchayat’s population and no-objection certificate in original. Applicants must be over 18 years of age to avail benefits under the scheme. (www.kviconline.gov.in)

The scheme is being operated completely online. Applicants should get basic documents like – Project Report, Ration Card, Permanent Resident Certificate, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Bank Passbook, Educational Qualification Marks, Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate, Land / Building Rent Name, Quotation, Passport. The online application will have to be scanned all the documents from your nearest MP online center by taking the size photo, gram panchayat’s population and no-objection certificate in original and 1 passport size photo.
