With the mutual consent of Madhya Pradesh Government Revenue Department, Under the notification of land purchase policy dated 12 November 2014 various departments and undertakings of the state government, under the requirement of private land for the infrastructure to be constructed for public purpose, State Government Department / Undertaking Water Resources Division The land mentioned in the attached description is needed due to the “additional submergence land in the submergence area of the constructed Timarni Talab Scheme” of Khargone.

According to the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the persons related to the details of the land shown in Schedule (2) are informed to the effect that the State Government I hereby authorize the officer mentioned in column 5 of Schedule (1) to exercise the powers conferred by the said section 12 in respect of the said land.

Public information under section 21(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013 (No. 30 of 2013)

                       It is hereby informed that the land mentioned in the attached list of village Raver Patwari Halka number-03 of district Khargone tehsil Sanawad is being acquired for development and beautification work near Bajirao Samadhi site. Claims/objections of compensation for all interests, if any, should be presented in the court of Land Officer and Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) Badwah by date 14 -11-2022.
