As per the order number F.No./4/1/Stha/2009/Vidhan Sabha Election./160 Bhopal, dated 07.06.2016 of Madhya Pradesh Government Law and Legislative (Election) Work Department M.P. Bhopal, approval has been given to create new posts permanently as follows for the offices of District Election Officers and the offices of Electoral Registration Officer and Assistant Electoral Registration Officer.

E-tenders are invited from interested firms/institutions for providing manpower services through outsourcing on the approved posts till 03.00 pm on 24.12.2024. Tenders received till the prescribed time limit will be opened on 24.12.2024 at 04.00 PM in front of the tender committee, tenders of financial offers will be opened only for those tenderers who are eligible in the technical bid.

Under the above subject, in the revenue case number / 0001 / A- 74/2024-25 of this office, private land Khasra number 2/2, 4/1/1, 4/2, 4/3 of village-Bhagur, tehsil-Bhikangaon, district-Khargone, total area 1.426 hectares, for land purchase with mutual consent.

It is hereby informed to the general public that the applicant Assistant Commissioner Tribal Affairs Department Khargone has submitted an application for allotment of land for construction of new building of Senior Tribal Boys Hostel Nagjhiri on the land Khasra No. 269/1 area 3.643 hectares of village Nagjhiri P.H. No.-24 Tehsil Gogawan. Therefore, if any person has any objection regarding the allotment of the above land, then he can present his objection by appearing in this court on the scheduled date of hearing 18.09.20.24. No objection received after the due date will be considered.

Whereas, the State Government is satisfied that the land described in Schedule (1) given below is required for the public purpose mentioned in Schedule (2) and in view of the provision mentioned in Section-43 of the Act, no family is to be displaced in this regard, therefore, there is no need for rehabilitation and resettlement scheme. Therefore, under sub-section (1) of section-19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, it is hereby declared that the said land is required for the said purpose:-

Under the above mentioned subject, in the revenue case number /0004/A-74/2023-24 of this office, village-Sahejala, P.H.No. Private land of 22, Tehsil-Bhikangaon, District-Khargone, survey number 85/1 acquired area 0.095 hectare and 85/6 acquired area 0.247 hectare, total packed area 0.342 hectare for purchase of land with mutual consent.
