Beneficiary (Eg living below poverty line or senior citizens or students etc.)	To a saperated woman over 18 years of age, whose name is In the BPL list are paid Social Security Prityakta Pension under the Scheme.
Benefits to the beneficiary	600 / – is paid to the beneficiary from March 2019.
How to avail the scheme (Point-wise complete application process)	1. Complete the prescribed application form 2. Two photos 3. Samagra I.D. 4. Aadhaar Number 5. Mobile Number 6. Bank Pass Book 7. BPL Card 8. Age proof certificate 9. Court decision on renunciation 10. It is necessary to be a native of Madhya Pradesh. All the above documents are submitted to the Municipal Office and pension can be accepted as per eligibility or can also be obtained by applying in Public Service Guarantee.

Beneficiary:

To a female over 18 years of age, whose name is BPL. In the list, they are paid Social Security Remuneration Pension.

Benefits:

The amount of Rs. 600 / - to the beneficiary from March 2019. Is provided every month.

How To Apply

1. Complete the prescribed application form
2. Two photos of self
3. Composite I.D.
4. Aadhaar Number
5. Mobile Number
6. Bank Pass Book
7. BPL Card
8. Age proof certificate
9. Court’s decision on renunciation
10. It is necessary to be a native of Madhya Pradesh.

All the above mentioned documents are submitted to the District Panchayat in the rural area and the Municipality / Municipal Council in the urban area, as per eligibility, or pension can be obtained by applying in the Public Service Guarantee.
