Beneficiary

1. Social Security Disabled Pension is provided to persons with disabilities above 18 years of age who have 40 or more percentage of disabilities.

2. BPL not required.

Benefits to the beneficiary

Beneficiary s provided Rs. 600 / – from March 2019 every month.

How to avail the scheme

(Point-wise complete application process)

1. Complete the prescribed application form

2. Two photos

3. Samagra I.D.

4. Aadhaar Number

5. Mobile Number

6. Bank Pass Book

7. Age proof certificate

8. District Medical Board certificate of 40 percent or more of disability

9. It is necessary to be a native of Madhya Pradesh.

All the above documents are submitted to the Municipal Office and pension can be accepted as per eligibility or can also be obtained by applying in Public Service Guarantee.
