1. Social Security Disabled Education Promotion Pension is provided to disabled students from 06 to 18 years of age who are studying in school and whose percentage of disability is 40 or more. |

How to avail the scheme (Point-wise complete application process) |
1. Complete the prescribed application form 2. Two photos 3. Samagra I.D. 4. Aadhaar Number 5. Mobile Number 6. Bank Pass Book 7. Age proof certificate 8. District Medical Board certificate of 40 percent or more of disability 9. Certificate of school on studying 10. It is necessary to be a native of Madhya Pradesh. All the above documents are submitted to the Municipal Office and pension can be accepted as per eligibility or can also be obtained by applying in Public Service Guarantee. |

How To Apply
1. Complete the prescribed application form
2. Two photos of myself
3. Composite I.D.
4. Aadhaar Number
5. Mobile Number
6. Bank Pass Book
7. Age proof certificate
8. District Medical Board certificate of 40 percent or more of disability
9. Certificate of school upon studying
10. It is necessary to be a native of Madhya Pradesh.
All the above mentioned documents are submitted to the District Panchayat in the rural area and the Municipality / Municipal Council in the urban area, as per eligibility, or pension can be obtained by applying in the Public Service Guarantee.
