How to avail the scheme (Point-wise complete application process) |
1-Applicant is over 06 years of age 2- The head of the family is not the income tax payer 3-Have medical certificate of mental / Multiple disabilities 4-Must native of Madhya Pradesh. 5- Name on Sparsh portal. All the above documents are submitted to the Municipality Office and pension can be accepted as per eligibility or can also be obtained by applying in Public Service Guarantee.

How To Apply
1-आवेदक की आयु 06 वर्ष से अधिक हो
2-परिवार का मुखिया आयकर दाता न हो
3-मानसिक/बहुविकलांग का मेडिकल प्रमाण पत्र हो
4-मध्यप्रदेश का मूल निवासी हो।
5-स्पर्श पोर्टल पर नाम अंकित हो।
उपरोक्त समस्त दस्तावेज नगर पालिका कार्यालय में जमा कर पात्रतानुसार पेंशन स्वीकृत की जाती हैं अथवा लोक सेवा गारंटी में आवेदन कर भी प्राप्त की जा सकती है ।
