It is hereby informed that E-Tender is invited online for purchasing material as per the attached list for the use of the year 2025-2026 for the Office of Collector Khargone,

The objective of this scheme is to promote innovation and research in the mineral and mining sector. Under the above subject, in the revenue case number / 0001 / A- 74/2024-25 of this office, private land Khasra number 2/2, 4/1/1, 4/2, 4/3 of village-Bhagur, tehsil-Bhikangaon, district-Khargone, total area 1.426 hectares, for land purchase with mutual consent.

Whereas, the State Government is satisfied that the land described in Schedule (1) given below is required for the public purpose mentioned in Schedule (2) and in view of the provision mentioned in Section-43 of the Act, no family is to be displaced in this regard, therefore, there is no need for rehabilitation and resettlement scheme. Therefore, under sub-section (1) of section-19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, it is hereby declared that the said land is required for the said purpose:-

Under the above mentioned subject, in the revenue case number /0004/A-74/2023-24 of this office, village-Sahejala, P.H.No. Private land of 22, Tehsil-Bhikangaon, District-Khargone, survey number 85/1 acquired area 0.095 hectare and 85/6 acquired area 0.247 hectare, total packed area 0.342 hectare for purchase of land with mutual consent.
