Whereas, the State Government is satisfied that the land described in Schedule (1) given below is required for the public purpose mentioned in Schedule (2) and in view of the provision mentioned in Section-43 of the Act, no family is to be displaced in this case, therefore, there is no need for rehabilitation and resettlement scheme. Therefore, under sub-section (1) of Section-19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013, it is hereby declared that the said land is required for the said purpose:- :: Schedule:: (1)

Description of land:- (a) District Khargone (b) Tehsil Jhirnya (c) Village Gavla (d) Approximate area 26.333 hectares

Out of the Public Service Centers operating in Khargone district, 03 (Khargone, Bhagwanpura, and Bhikangaon) centers are operated under PPP model for operation of which tenders are invited from mptender portal for selection of private operators. Tender form and list of Public Service Centers will be available on www.mptenders.gov.in & www.mpedistrict.gov.in.

On 13.02.2025, under the chairmanship of Hon’ble Collector District Khargone and in the presence of Superintendent of Police Khargone, in compliance with the instructions of Hon’ble Supreme Court Committee on Road Safety New Delhi, a meeting was held in front of the officers present in the auditorium of Khargone Collectorate Office to make the traffic system of the district smooth and safe.
