Vehicle Tender Invitation Notice – For providing rental vehicle, Collector Office, District Khargone, Madhya Pradesh

Revenue officers working in Khargone district, including the Additional Collector/Joint Collector/Deputy Collector, and Tehsildar/Additional Tehsildar, require Bolero vehicles for their work travel. For this purpose, tenders are invited to provide rental vehicles to the administration, complying with the following conditions, for the next two financial years, until 3:00 pm on September 23, 2026. The tender will be opened on September 24, 2026, at 4:00 pm, in front of the attending bidders. Tender forms can be obtained from the Collector’s Office’s NAZARAT Branch by depositing a cash amount of ₹1,000 (one thousand rupees only). Tenders received after the stipulated time period will not be accepted.
