Preliminary notification:- Under Section 11 (1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013) (No. 30 of 2013)

According to the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the persons related to the details of the land shown in Schedule (2) are informed to the effect that the State Government I hereby authorize the officer mentioned in column 5 of Schedule (1) to exercise the powers conferred by the said section 12 in respect of the said land.
