Regarding publication of public information letter under land purchase policy with mutual consent

With the mutual consent of Madhya Pradesh Government Revenue Department, Under the notification of land purchase policy dated 12 November 2014 various departments and undertakings of the state government, under the requirement of private land for the infrastructure to be constructed for public purpose, State Government Department / Undertaking Water Resources Division The land mentioned in the attached description is needed due to the “additional submergence land in the submergence area of the constructed Timarni Talab Scheme” of Khargone.
