Beneficiary benefits	Based on the recommendation of the Soil Health Card, farmers can achieve good crop production by using the required amount of fertilizers.
How to avail of the scheme (point-by-point complete process of application)	The farmer should take soil sample (about 500 grams) of his field along with details of his name, village, mobile number/acreage, crop name, Aadhaar number, mobile number etc. on plain paper, himself or through the Rural Agricultural Extension Officer of his area Soil health card can be obtained by sending the soil testing lab for free.
