In this component, beneficiaries living below the poverty line and above the poverty line can avail. In this component, street vendors selling on the path are registered and identity cards are issued. |

Benefits to the beneficiary

Such as social security, skill upgradation, banks loan facility, identity card distribution and availability of assured place for sale are provided. In this component, interest free loan of Rs. 10 thousand is being provided to the street vendors under the PM Swanidhi scheme through banks on the basis of street vendor certificate. |

How to avail the scheme (Point-wise complete application process) |
By contacting the office, through the community organization, the Chief Minister can avail himself by filling the prescribed application form by registering on the Urban Unorganized Workers Portal or by getting information through the pamphlets. |
Beneficiary:
इस घटक में गरीबी रेखा से नीचे व गरीबी रेखा से उपर जीवन यापन करने वाले हितग्राही लाभ ले सकते हैं। इस घटक में पथ पर विक्रय करने वाले पथ विक्रेताओं का पंजीयन कर व पहचान पत्र जारी किये जाते है।
Benefits:
सामाजिक सुरक्षा, कौशल उन्नयन, बैंकों ऋण की सुविधा, पहचान-पत्र वितरण व विक्रय हेतु सुनिश्चित स्थान की उपलब्धता जैसी सुविधाओं से लाभांवित किया जाता है। इस घटक में पथ विक्रेता प्रमाण पत्र के आधार पर पथ विक्रेताओं को वर्तमान में पीएम स्वनिधि योजनांतर्गत 10 हजार रूपये का ब्याज मुक्त ऋण बैंकों के माध्यम से प्रदाय किया जा रहा है।

कार्यालय में संपर्क कर, सामुदायिक संगठिका के माध्यम से, स्वयं मुख्यमंत्री शहरी असंगठित कामगार पोर्टल पर पंजीयन कर या पॉम्प्लेटस के माध्यम से जानकारी प्राप्त कर निर्धारित आवेदन पत्र भर कर लाभ ले सकते हैं।
