In this component, 70 percent of women beneficiaries living below the poverty line, 30 percent of the beneficiaries above the poverty line, special category beneficiaries like – all members of the group can be handicapped (women and men). |

Self help groups are formed from this component. A field level organization (ALF) is formed by 10–20 self-help groups, and a city level federation (CLF) is formed at the city level, constituting an organized and registered ALF in the city. Bank linkage, training, marketing, credit and urban livelihood centers are established with this joint structure. Ten thousand rupees per group active fund (RF) is provided to self-help groups constituted and passed grading (more than three months duration). Fifty thousand rupees active fund (RF) is provided to the registered ALF who will pass the grading. |

Social Awareness and Institutional Development – To take advantage of this component by contacting the representative of the Resource Organization (RO), through contact in the office, through the community organization, through the directory of the scheme, through the pamphlets, the former operated in the city Through the self-help groups and organizations of the group, the first group will be formed under the scheme, opening a savings account in the bank, then the group will have an entry on the NULM portal. To take advantage of all this, representatives of community organizations and resource organizations will be in the role of spontaneous actors. |
