Beneficiary (Eg living below poverty line or senior citizens or students etc.)	1. Those aged above 60 years who are destitute (destitute mean children, husbands, wives are not live etc.) 2. BPL not required
Benefits to the beneficiary	beneficiary is assisted Rs. 600 / – per month from March 2019.
How to avail the scheme (Point-wise complete application process)	1. Complete the prescribed application form 2. Two photos 3. Samagra I.D. 4. Aadhaar Number 5. Mobile Number 6. Bank Pass Book 7. Affidavit and certificate of destitute in case of being destitute 8. Age proof certificate 9. It is necessary to be a native of Madhya Pradesh. All the above documents are submitted to the Municipality Office and pension can be accepted as per eligibility or can also be obtained by applying in Public Service Guarantee.

Beneficiary:

Benefits:

The amount of Rs. 600 / - to the beneficiary from March 2019. Is provided every month.

How To Apply

1. Complete the prescribed application form
2. Two photos of myself
3. Composite I.D.
4. Aadhaar Number
5. Mobile Number
6. Bank Pass Book
7. Affidavit and certificate of destitute in case of being destitute
8. Age proof certificate
9. It is necessary to be a native of Madhya Pradesh.

All the above mentioned documents are submitted to the District Panchayat in the rural area and the Municipality / Municipal Council in the urban area, as per eligibility, or pension can be obtained by applying in the Public Service Guarantee.
